Does SpaceJump work on Apple Silicon Macs?

Yes! SpaceJump is built natively with Swift and works perfectly on M1, M2, and M3 Macs, as well as Intel Macs. It requires macOS 13 (Ventura) or later.

Does SpaceJump require disabling System Integrity Protection?

No. Unlike other Space renaming tools like Spaces Renamer, SpaceJump does NOT require disabling SIP. It works securely within macOS security boundaries using official APIs.

Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the SpaceJump application ("the Software") operated by Ideabridge GmbH ("us", "we", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using SpaceJump, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Software.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install SpaceJump on devices that you own or control
Use SpaceJump for personal or commercial purposes
Activate SpaceJump on up to three (3) devices per license

2. Trial Period

SpaceJump offers a 14-day free trial period. During this period, you may use all features of the Software without payment. After the trial period expires, you must purchase a license to continue using the Software.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Software without authorization
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
Use the Software to develop competing products
Circumvent or disable any security or licensing mechanisms
Share license keys with unauthorized parties

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Ideabridge GmbH and title thereto remains exclusively with us. All rights in the Software not specifically granted in this agreement are reserved to Ideabridge GmbH. The Software is protected by German copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of SpaceJump is also governed by our Privacy Policy. SpaceJump stores all your data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data, space names, or usage patterns on our servers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free. SpaceJump uses private macOS APIs which may be affected by operating system updates.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IDEABRIDGE GMBH BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF IDEABRIDGE GMBH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In any case, our entire liability under any provision of this agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Software license.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the Software before purchasing. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a license key has been issued. If you experience technical issues that prevent the Software from functioning, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

9. Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software from time to time. Updates may be required for continued use of the Software. Your license entitles you to all updates released during your license term.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession or control. Sections 4, 6, 7, and 12 shall survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ideabridge GmbH regarding the use of the Software and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
